HYPSTAIR meeting, this time in Stuttgart, 17th February 2016

The project consortium met in Stuttgart (Germany) to discuss the final project activities. An important project milestone was achieved by power up of the world’s most powerful hybrid electric powertrain for aviation. In the upcoming months, extensive testing will continue to simulate typical mission profiles covered in the performance study and to validate the hybrid drive concept and performance. As the project is in the final stage, the results are becoming tangible and the project gains more media attention. Therefore, partners also discussed the use and dissemination of project knowledge and results, especially after the end of the project.
